They are perfect in every way from phone calls, - they actually answer their phones in person - to being careful and helpful to being on time, kind and personable, and they go over and above doing just their job. We just had one of our best experiences ever with movers. We had items coming from storage out-of-state and the whole experience could not have been better. From the office staff (Tammy) to the dispatcher, the driver (Derrick) and the helpers (Anthony and Kenny) everyone was professional, flexible, and responsive to our needs and questions. A Turner movers were an excellent choice for our move. The quote that they gave us was spot on and they took great care of our belongings. They arrived at the time that they said they were going to arrive (to pack the truck and deliver the truck). My husband and I had to tell them that it was OK to take a lunch break because they were working so hard. I would 100% recommend A Turner Moving & Storage for any of your moving needs!

Thank you for good job in moving are household items to Brooksville from Lake City. Your crew was very professional, caring about our belongings. They also went above and beyond to make sure that everything was put in the right room and set up for us if needed. Including washer and dryer. This is not the first time we have used professional movers but I do know I would only pick A-Turner(North American) if I would ever need to move again. Just wanted to let you know how pleased we are with the packers, movers, driver, and your office staff. Everyone has been professional, polite, and pleasant. I wish I had written down all the names, but you will know who worked our packing and moving--Bernie and I think his name was Kevin were with us all day on March 19 for the packing--Drew and a young man with glasses packed the storage building and AJ and I think a couple of others helped at the house. The same Kevin and driver Lawrence were amazing loading the house and storage building on March 20. They were careful with our belongings but very efficient--such hard workers. Everyone exceeded our expectations; I am so glad we chose you for the move and storage.

I just want to thank you again for the superior, professional, service provided by you and your company. It never occurred to me that a large company, such as North American Van Lines, would give such outstanding customer service to someone moving such a small load as mine. The driver (his first name is Kelso) called, as he was leaving Florida, to tell me he expected to be at my house between 8:30 & 9:30am, on Thursday, May 10th. He called the day before (May 9th) to confirm this. He & the other gentleman were at my house at 8:30am on the dot. I was amazed! People delivering appliances from warehouses in my own city tell me, "We'll be there sometime between 8:00am and 6pm." I was sooo impressed with your delivery people (just as I was with you and your packing people)!! They moved everything into my house, put it just exactly where I wanted things and carefully inspected the furniture to assure that no damage had occurred---all was finished in less than an hour. Additionally, Kelso voluntarily mentioned a couple of times how much he likes working with your office. He said that Mr.Turner goes out of his way to make life easier and more efficient for the drivers. I love it when I hear employees make unsolicited positive comments about the people for whom they work---I think if employees like their bosses, they will generally try to do the best work they can, which results in superior customer care. I shall definitely call ONLY North American Van Lines for anything I need moved
